Associate Attorney (Estate Planning, Probate & Business)

Full-Time About the Firm A highly respected law firm in Idaho Falls is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its client-focused practice. What You Will Be Doing Estate Planning & Administration:
Draft trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives tailored to client goals.
Probate & Estate Settlement:
Guide families and personal representatives through the formal probate process and estate administration.
Medicaid Planning:
Assist clients with long-term care planning and navigating complex Medicaid application processes.
Business Transactions:
Advise small-to-medium businesses on formations, contract drafting, governance, and commercial transactions.
Limited Litigation:
Provide cross-functional support on occasional probate or commercial disputes as needed.
