Associate Attorney

Job Description

Seeking a motivated and dedicated Associate Attorney to join our growing law firm. The attorney will handle cases throughout the state of Kentucky and will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys while developing valuable litigation and legal practice skills. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents Preparing reports and case-related documentation Conducting discovery and responding to discovery requests Taking and defending positions Attending court hearings and other court proceedings Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, courts and other legal professionals Conducting legal research and preparing legal analysis Managing assigned cases and assisting with other legal matters as needed. This position offers an opportunity for an attorney who wants to build a long-term practice and expand their legal experience while working within established Kentucky law firm. Qualifications:
