Job Description

Talis Group's client is a well-established regional law firm in Louisville seeking a Real Estate Foreclosure Attorney to join its team. The firm represents major financial institutions and lenders, offering attorneys the opportunity to work with sophisticated clients while maintaining a supportive, team-oriented environment.

This role is ideal for an attorney who is detail-oriented, eager to grow, and interested in working in the real estate and foreclosure field. This position does NOT utilize billable hours —allowing you to focus on quality work and client service. The firm also provides structured training, professional development, and a clear path for growth.
Highlighted Duties:
Represent clients in foreclosure, eviction, and related real estate matters.

Draft, review, and file foreclosure pleadings and motions.

Handle title and survey review, as well as real estate closing documents.

Participate in mediations, depositions and hearings Maintain good communication with clientsManage cases from initiation through resolution with attention to detail and deadlines.

Work closely with partners and clients to provide excellent legal service.

Stay informed about legal and regulatory changes affecting foreclosure and real estate law in Kentucky.
Highlighted Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in Kentucky.

Experience or strong interest in real estate, foreclosure, or creditor rights law.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters.

Collaborative mindset and desire to learn.
