REMOTE WORK FROM

HOMEProvide tactical and strategic oversight for Complex Loss cases.

Areas of Responsibility:

Loss cost and expense initiatives.
Complex claim investigations and handling.
Providing "Expert" support on areas of policy interpretation, reserves, valuation, litigation, settlement and coverage.
Training and advise claims personnel in law, coverage and negotiations.
Managing litigation.
Attending mediation and arbitration.
