About us Greenfelder Copes is a small general practice in Chesaning, MI. We are fast-paced and supportive.

Our work environment includes:

Relaxed atmosphere Flexible working hours, Mon- Thurs We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team and provide legal counsel to our clients. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to providing the highest quality of service. Our areas of practice include probate, estate planning, real estate, criminal, juvenile delinquencies, juvenile abuse and neglect, traffic, family, trust administration, bankruptcy, and personal injury.

Responsibilities:

Draft legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs. Conduct legal research and analysis. Advise clients on legal matters. Represent clients in court proceedings. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel. Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials. Keep up to date with changes in the law.
