Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Include the following (other duties may be assigned), Draft, manage and revise contracts including but not limited to sales agreements, vendor agreements, and real estate leases. Handle customer collections (legal letters, liens, bankruptcies, lawsuits, and satisfaction letters). Review advertising materials and other publications for legal compliance. Prepare and review construction financing and related closing documentations, mortgages, and satisfactions. Research and analyze various legal issues involving company operations. Review, analyze and interpret: applicable statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles, and regulations relevant to the company. Prepare a variety of business and legal communications to internal and external customers in addressing general business and legal matters. Collaborate and prepare company litigation and provide counsel for various departments, including Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Management. Represent the company on all traffic tickets including court appearances, and related documents.Qualifications:
Lawyer- Corporate Counsel The qualified candidate should have a minimum of 3-4 years associate level experience or equivalent.
