The firm seeks candidates with at least five years of experience in litigation. Experience with property and casualty claims is a plus. Duties include motion practice, taking and defending depositions and Examinations Under Oath, court appearances, and coverage analysis. Applicants must already be licensed to practice in Ohio, be self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must. This is not an entry-level position, and the posted salary range is commensurate with years of experience.
