The clinical environment is structured to support consistent and quality care delivery across all assigned coverage periods. On-site support staff includes 2 staff nurses and 2 FNPs to assist with daily clinical operations. About the Facility Location Rhode Island offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of activities suited to varied interests. The state features regional attractions including narrated boat tours, glass blowing classes, local marketplace events, natural history museums, zoological attractions, and farm-based experiences. Clinicians will also find options spanning guided nature walks, coastal exploration, culinary events, live performances, and rooftop venues during time away from assignment. About the Clinician's Workday The Family Medicine Physician Associate will provide outpatient primary care services to adult patients at an on-site student health center in Rhode Island, working part time 3 days per week during 6.5-hour day shifts. Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary and acute care conditions, with an expected caseload of 6-12 patients per day. No call coverage is required for this assignment. Prescriptive authority is required, and board certification is negotiable.
