This position is to work remotely, and you will play a pivotal role in our client legal team and will be responsible for handling a caseload of personal injury cases, providing legal counsel, negotiating claims, litigation and representing clients in court. Key Responsibilities:

Handle a caseload of personal injury cases, from intake to resolution.
Conduct legal research, analysis, and case evaluation.
Develop and implement legal strategies for clients.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
Prepare and draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
Collaborate with other legal professionals and staff to achieve case objectives.
Maintain client communication and provide updates on case progress.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas (Mandatory)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury law (or within).
Good knowledge of personal injury laws and regulations.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle a diverse caseload with autonomy.
Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to client advocacy.
Fully based in Austin or in Houston is a must.
Being able to communicate in Spanish will be an advantage.
