Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active Texas Bar license (or ability to become licensed promptly) 2-4 years of commercial litigation experience Experience handling discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, legal research, and client communications Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Trial, arbitration, or deposition experience is a plus Practice Areas Complex Commercial Litigation Business Disputes Financial Litigation Insurance Coverage & Business Insurance Matters Energy & Oil & Gas Litigation Real Estate & Construction Disputes Intellectual Property Litigation What You'll Do Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy Manage all phases of discovery, including written discovery and document review Prepare witnesses, experts, and clients for depositions and hearings Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials Collaborate closely with experienced litigators on sophisticated, high-value matters Why Consider This Opportunity?
