About Us We are a growing immigration law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation to individuals and families throughout the United States. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Immigration Attorney to join our office on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients navigate complex immigration matters while delivering outstanding client service. Responsibilities Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and other government agencies. Prepare and review immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documentation. Conduct legal consultations and develop case strategies. Handle removal defense cases, adjustment of status, family-based petitions, waivers, asylum, and humanitarian applications. Attend Master Calendar and Individual Hearings before the Immigration Court. Communicate with clients regarding case updates and legal requirements. Conduct legal research and prepare motions, briefs, and legal memoranda. Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants. Maintain accurate case management records and ensure compliance with deadlines. Occasional travel to other cities for hearings Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. 0-2 years of immigration law experience preferred but not required. Experience appearing before Immigration Court is a plus. Strong legal writing and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload. Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred. Preferred Experience Removal Defense Family-Based Immigration Adjustment of Status Asylum Waivers (I-601, I-601A, I-212) U Visas, VAWA, and other humanitarian relief Employment Authorization and Travel Documents Benefits Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
