The ideal candidate is a hardworking professional who can independently manage a substantial caseload, deliver precise work product, and provide excellent client service—without relying on others to carry the bulk of the responsibility.

Key Responsibilities Case Management:

Independently handle a caseload of 35+ family law matters from intake through resolution, including litigation, negotiations, and settlement.

Client Consultation:

Meet with clients to discuss case details, provide clear legal guidance, and develop effective strategies.

Court Representation:

Appear in court for motions, hearings, trials, and other proceedings.

Document Drafting:

Prepare high-quality pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents with strong attention to detail.

Collaboration:

Work effectively with paralegals and fellow attorneys while remaining fully accountable for your own cases.

Adaptability:

Respond quickly to changing client needs and priorities in a dynamic environment. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Washington. Proven experience in family law. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently while contributing as a team player. High attention to detail and a genuine commitment to hard work and client service.
