PM Work Environment:

On-Site with Hybrid Flexibility About the Opportunity We're partnering with a well-established law firm in the Middleton area to hire an experienced Litigation Attorney. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in commercial and civil litigation who enjoys taking ownership of cases and guiding clients through the legal process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of litigation experience, strong advocacy and communication skills, and the ability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with clients, coworkers, and opposing counsel. Key Responsibilities Handle commercial and civil litigation matters from initial client consultation through resolution Take ownership of client matters and manage case files from start to finish Develop legal strategies and advocate effectively on behalf of clients Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda and other written materials Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and colleagues Manage case deadlines, discovery, hearings, and other litigation requirements Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal matters as needed Maintain organized and accurate client files Participate in business development and relationship-building efforts Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm

Qualifications Required:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in the State of Wisconsin Minimum of three years of commercial and/or civil litigation experience Strong advocacy and negotiation skills Excellent legal writing and research abilities Ability to independently manage cases from start to finish Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred:
