Provide administrative and clerical support to legal and professional staff Manage and organize physical and digital files, documents, and records Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally Assist with data entry, document preparation, and proofreading Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner Support team members with day-to-day office operations and special projects

Requirements:
