The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer software, a keen eye for detail, pleasant customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities Document Scanning and Organization Scan, categorize, and upload financial documents (such as tax forms, client records, and supporting materials) into the company's cloud-based document management system. Ensure all documents are organized, labeled accurately, and easily accessible. Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive client data during the scanning and uploading process. Cloud-Based Software Management Utilize cloud-based document management software to organize, retrieve, and archive client documents. Understand and assist clients with client portals and paperless delivery of documents. Tax Return Assembly Assist accountants in assembling tax returns for clients, ensuring all required forms and documentation are present. Help with filing and organizing tax returns for future reference or retrieval. General Office Support Provide administrative support for the accounting team, including data entry, organizing client files, and managing incoming documents. Assist in maintaining an orderly and efficient office environment.

Qualifications Experience:

Customer service background. Previous experience in an office setting, particularly in administrative support, document management, or accounting, is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in cloud-based document management software (experience with [specific software, e.g., Adobe, DocuSign, Office Tools, or similar] preferred). Handle a multi-line office phone and calendar, while providing exceptional customer service Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
