Prepare, review, track, and maintain letters, notices, and other time-sensitive correspondence Maintain accurate account records and documentation within internal systems Review reports, work queues, and requests to identify and complete required administrative tasks Retrieve, organize, and compile account information and supporting documentation Process mail and provide general administrative support to internal teams Identify discrepancies or exceptions and route them to the appropriate team member Assist with reporting, audits, special projects, and other departmental needs What You Will Need to

Be Successful:

High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of administrative support, financial services, loan servicing, collections, or related experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and correspondence Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete time-sensitive work within established deadlines Ability to work independently while following established processes and procedures Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information Comfortable using computer applications, office technology, and document management systems
