Job Description:

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Legal Contracts Coordinator for a 3-6 month temporary assignment. This fully remote opportunity will support a busy in-house legal team handling a high volume of contracts, legal requests, and operational initiatives. Optional office space is available in Woburn, MA .

Responsibilities:

Coordinate legal intake and matter tracking Gather information from internal stakeholders and route requests Track contract execution and legal deadlines Organize and maintain contract records Assist with NDA review under attorney supervision Support legal operations, workflow improvements, and system implementation projects

Qualifications:

Experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, contracts, legal operations, or related environment Experience with contract management, legal intake, Ironclad, CLM systems, or similar platforms is a plus

Location:

Remote (optional onsite in Woburn, MA)

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours/week (30+ hours may be considered)
