Join the Disability Determination Services (DDS) team and help support adjudicators who process Social Security and Medicaid disability benefits. We seek an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills to assist with clerical and technical case processing activities. This position performs at the entry level, all technical case processing and support activities, including receipting evidence, vendor, and claimant correspondence, verifying incoming reports and evidence, and authorizing payments. There is a possibility of occasional telework after training. We understand how challenging learning a new position can be and offer extensive support as you learn.
