Job Summary Tilly's Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to support security operations at our Irvine, CA headquarters. You will supervise contracted security, enforce safety guidelines, manage access control, and contribute to loss prevention programs across RSC/DC facilities.
The role requires a minimum two years in Loss Prevention/Security, strong leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
