Across the business we have an exceptional Loss Prevention team who are dedicated to implementing our core Loss Prevention strategies. By doing this, they ensure not only a safe and happy place to shop but it provides the opportunity to minimise risk and prevent loss. In a Loss Prevention role, your key focus is minimising loss from all sources by: Investigating stock discrepancies Identifying loss patterns Uncovering potential internal theft Identifying and deterring suspicious behaviour Being a health & safety champion Removing opportunities for theft Ensuring a safe and secure store environment. Our The Palms store is looking for someone to join the Loss Prevention team. This is a part time role and will involve working Monday 9:45am
- 6:15pm, Thursday 5:15pm
- 9:15pm and Sunday 9:45am
- 6:15pm .
To be successful in a Loss Prevention role, you will: Have amazing communication skills, both written and oral Be confident and remain calm under pressure Be comfortable handling situations of conflict that may occur Be willing to go the extra mile to help our customers Maintain the highest level of integrity and honest at all times.
