Job Description

This person provides a visible presence at the store entrance and exit. Mitigating theft, fraud and maintaining a safe work environment for customers/associates.

Responsibilities:

greeting customers
deterring theft with a physical presence
partner with store leadership to ensure compliance of Loss Prevention directives
Minimize operational shortage Must embrace company values and have a mentality to protect all Spirit Halloween merchandise
