In this on-site role within our Security & Law Enforcement team, you will monitor entrances and public areas, conduct patrols, operate CCTV and access control systems, and respond to incidents and emergencies. You will investigate thefts or disturbances, write detailed reports, and support compliance with safety and security policies. Ideal candidates bring strong observation skills, professionalism, and 1-2 years of loss prevention, security, or related experience in a hospitality or retail environment. Responsibilities Monitor hotel entrances, exits, and public areas to deter theft and safety risks Conduct regular patrols of guest floors, back-of-house, and parking areas Investigate reports of loss, disturbance, or suspicious activity and document findings Operate and review CCTV and access control systems in accordance with policy Respond to emergencies, alarms, and medical incidents, coordinating with local authorities as needed Support guest and associate safety through visible presence and professional interaction Enforce Marriott security, key control, and safety procedures at all times Prepare clear, timely incident and shift reports for management review Assist with training staff on basic loss prevention and safety protocols Maintain confidentiality and uphold Marriott standards of integrity and service Required Skills CCTV monitoring Incident reporting and documentation Access control systems Patrol and surveillance techniques Investigative interviewing Report writing Emergency response procedures Customer service in hospitality settings Conflict de-escalation Basic computer proficiency
