Guided by our mission, "Strengthening Our Communities; Investing In Your Success," we are looking for a motivated and experienced Loss Prevention Supervisor to lead our collections team while balancing operational excellence with exceptional member service. What You'll Do As the Loss Prevention Supervisor, you will: Lead the daily operations of the Loss Prevention Department, including collections, charge-offs, repossessions, bankruptcies, recoveries, and legal collection activities. Coach, mentor, and develop a team dedicated to providing professional and compassionate member service. Ensure compliance with Credit Union policies and all applicable federal and state regulations. Assist with complex member situations by negotiating repayment solutions and recommending appropriate collection strategies. Monitor delinquency trends and identify opportunities to reduce losses and improve processes. Develop and maintain department policies, procedures, and workflows that promote efficiency and accountability. Partner with leadership to identify portfolio risks and operational improvements.
What We're Looking For Qualifications:
Three to five years of collections, lending, or related financial services experience. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
