$23/hr Job Summary We are seeking an LP Coordinator II to support Loss Prevention operations, reporting, and security-related projects. This role will work with stores, vendors, and internal teams to help manage alarms, cameras, EAS equipment, service requests, reporting, and process improvements. Responsibilities Track and coordinate Loss Prevention service tickets, repairs, and installations. Work with vendors and internal teams to support LP projects and store needs. Ensure projects and program updates are communicated to stores. Maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and other reporting tools. Monitor vendor performance, service trends, and unresolved work orders. Support alarm permit tracking, renewals, compliance, and invoicing. Assist with training materials, SharePoint updates, and project documentation. Support new store openings and remodel projects, including alarm setup and LP system reviews. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in Loss Prevention, customer service, technical support, retail operations, or a related field. 1+ years of project coordination experience. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Required Skills Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft PowerPoint Preferred Skills Loss Prevention or retail security experience. Knowledge of alarm systems, cameras, and EAS equipment. Power BI, Alteryx, and Salesforce experience.
