Job Summary Job Title Immediate Opening for a Full-Time Loss Prevention Officer Job Description
Identify and Apprehend Shoplifters through floor patrol and the use of Closed Circuit TV Cameras
Report Writing
Interacting with local Law Enforcement as needed
Provide Courtroom Testimony as required Job Requirements
Pre-Employment Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 3-4 hours at a time
Reliable transportation
Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
Ability to communicate clearly and accurately through verbal and written means
Ability to write legible, accurate and easily understood reports
Must be assertive, yet controlled in dealing with confrontation
Must be trustworthy and able to work under little or no direct supervision
Attendance for scheduled shifts. Tardiness and absenteeism is not tolerated
Previous Loss Prevention or Law Enforcement experience is a plus but not a requirement
Criminal Justice or related studies a plus
High School diploma or equivalent (minimum) Additional Information /
