  • Administer the legal hold process by preparing hold notices, tracking preservation efforts, and supporting compliance across active matters.
  • Perform targeted legal research and detailed factual review to assist attorneys with case strategy, risk assessment, and response planning.
  • Prepare draft legal materials for attorney review, including separation agreements, agency charge responses, subpoena-related correspondence, and other case documentation.
  • Evaluate subpoenas, records demands, and formal legal requests, then help coordinate timely and accurate responses.
  • Maintain well-organized case and investigation files, update litigation tracking databases, and support consistent reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Improve litigation support workflows, recordkeeping practices, and legal operations procedures to strengthen efficiency, consistency, and accountability within the legal function.
  • Assist with administrative aspects of legal matters, including reviewing invoices, coordinating payment activity, and helping process settlements.
  • Contribute to additional legal and operational projects as priorities evolve and business needs arise.
