Drafting, editing, and finalizing legal documents with precision
Managing case files, timelines, and key deadlines
Supporting attorneys with substantive legal work
Handling client intake and communication with professionalism
Keeping workflows organized, efficient, and on track What They're Looking For
3+ years of paralegal experience (7-10+ strongly preferred)
Paralegal certificate (required) and bachelor's degree (preferred)
Strong skills in legal drafting and case management
Knowledge of corporate law and transactions
Comfortable managing multiple priorities with accuracy
