• In-Person Full-Time Antonyan Miranda, LLP is one of Southern California's premier family law firms, recognized for excellence in litigation, complex and high-asset matters, and five-star client service. We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support our attorneys and legal teams through strong case management, document preparation, deadline tracking, and consistent follow-through. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing accurate, thorough work, maintains strong organization across active matters, and works effectively within established legal procedures in a fast-paced environment. Core Responsibilities Organize exhibits, lodgments, filings, and supporting materials Assist with trial and hearing preparation, including coordinating materials, tracking deadlines, and supporting attorney readiness Maintain calendars and monitor court, discovery, filing, and internal deadlines Track case status, follow-up items, and outstanding tasks to help matters move forward efficiently Maintain organized and accurate electronic and physical case files Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and other departments to support consistent legal operations Follow established court procedures, filing requirements, and firm protocols Required Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple active matters and competing deadlines Strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities Other Requirements Prior experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a comparable legal support role Family law and/or litigation experience strongly preferred Familiarity with California court procedures and filing requirements preferred Paralegal certificate or other qualification meeting applicable California paralegal requirements preferred Benefits Include Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) match Paid time off Health Savings Account Employee Assistance Program Life insurance Disability insurance Ready to Apply?
