Job Description:

Zust Law Firm is seeking a full-time legal assistant/administrative assistant for our Bankruptcy Law Firm. Daily tasks include answering the phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, assuring intake paperwork and fees are obtained, open and close files, input bankruptcy petitions, produce and file various legal documents, draft letters, and other duties as assigned by the attorney.

Qualifications:

Very organized individual with the ability to multi-task, strong verbal communication skills, and manage workload with a great attitude and minimal supervision.

Experience:

Legal training or experience preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow.
