Job Description

Seeking experienced Paralegal/Case Manager for sole practitioner personal injury law firm located in The Villages. We are a boutique personal injury firm that takes pride in providing personal service to our clients.

Qualified candidate must be:

Reliable
Self-motivated
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Able to work independently
Able to multi-task
Empathetic
Detail-oriented Responsibilities will include (but are certainly not limited to):
Communicating with clients, medical providers and insurance adjusters
Drafting correspondence
Reviewing medical records and bills
Preparing settlement packages
Scanning, copying, faxing and filing documents
Answering phones
