Assist attorneys and paralegals with legal research, document preparation, and case management
Assist with and prepare legal documents such as briefs, contracts, and pleadings
Organize and maintain legal files and documents using document management systems
Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings
Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in legal proceedings
Conduct factual research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents
Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
Assist in preparing exhibits for trial or other legal proceedings
Manage calendars and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks ```Skills``` To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
