Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting legal operations, managing case files, and assisting with litigation processes. Your expertise will help ensure smooth legal workflows, facilitate effective communication within the team, and uphold the highest standards of legal compliance. Responsibilities Manage and organize legal documents, case files, and correspondence with precision and confidentiality. Assist with litigation discovery processes by reviewing, organizing, and summarizing evidence and documents. Support the legal team in drafting, editing, and proofreading legal writing such as memos, briefs, contracts, and other documentation. Coordinate procedural law tasks including filing deadlines, court document submissions, and compliance requirements. Oversee contract management activities within the legal services framework to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies. Collaborate with managing legal teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiencies. Conduct research on relevant laws and regulations to support case preparation and legal analysis. Experience Proven experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal support role. Strong knowledge of procedural law and familiarity with litigation discovery procedures. Demonstrated contract management experience within legal services or related fields. Excellent legal writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation. Experience managing or supporting legal teams to coordinate tasks effectively across multiple projects. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
