Job Description
The Advocates is a growing law firm with five offices across Idaho. We are looking for someone to join our team who is hard working, motivated, and ready to grow with the company. This position's pay range is dependent on experience.
Job Duties:
- Drafting Pleadings and other legal documents
- Assist with Discovery Responses
- Filing through iCourt
- Prepare deposition extracts
- Medical Chronologies Skills (preferred):
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs (word, excel, and outlook)
- Knowledge of Adobe Skills (required):
- Strong computer skills required; this role involves extensive use of email, document management systems, and office software.
- This role requires frequent phone communication; candidates must be comfortable speaking on the phone.
