This is a full-time, in-person position with an established local law firm. This position is an important part of our day-to-day operations and provides support to our attorneys throughout each stage of a client's matter. We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing accurate work and providing clients with a helpful and professional experience.

Responsibilities may include:

Preparing, reviewing, and organizing correspondence and legal documents Communicating professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, and other offices Managing files, calendars, deadlines, and appointments Assisting attorneys with administrative and case-related tasks Maintaining accurate and confidential client records Performing general office and clerical duties

Qualifications:

Prior professional office experience required Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality Law office and/or paralegal experience is a plus, but not required

Position Details:

Full-time In-person at our Bluffton, Indiana office Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Compensation based on experience

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
