This person will act as our fist line of contact for new and current clients and will assist in all aspects of an administrative role. Responsibilities and Duties Manage the daily operations of a small legal firm Answer and route incoming calls Compose and edit correspondence and memorandum from dictation, verbal direction and from knowledge of established legal documents such as motions, proposed orders and complaints Use the Indiana E-file system Odyssey to accurately and timely file all pleadings with the proper Court and ensure proper service on all record of counsel Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential and existing clients and work with opposing counsel and office support staff to coordinate depositions, settlement conferences and mediation Manage the office calendar and ensure all hearings and pertinent dates are accurately captured and logged Sort, review, screen and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Printing, copying, faxing and other services

Qualifications:

Highly efficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and Google Drive Must be personable and professional Highly organized and detail oriented Must have previous experience coordinating and managing a calendar Strong work ethic and ability to maintain strict confidence a must Ability to work well under pressure

Experience:

Minimum of 1+ years legal experience Experience using the Indiana E-Filing System is highly desirable Knowledge of and previous experience using
