Job Description

Provide administrative support to one or more lawyers; Assist with scheduling appointments, depositions, and mediations; Draft correspondence and pleadings at the direction of supervising attorney; Organize files and request medical records under the direction of supervising attorney; Greet clients and visitors; Answer phone calls, take messages and redirect calls when appropriate.
