Jobs › Framingham, MA › Paralegal Robert Half Paralegal Framingham, MA Apply Description We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to support a busy legal team in Framingham, Massachusetts. This Contract position is well suited to a detail-oriented candidate who can manage litigation support tasks, prepare legal documents, and help keep matters moving efficiently. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in family law or civil litigation and is comfortable working in a fast-paced practice environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and revise pleadings, complaints, motions, and other legal documents with accuracy and close attention to deadlines.
Support attorneys throughout the discovery process by organizing records, drafting responses, and coordinating document production.
Maintain case files, track key dates, and update information within case management systems to ensure matters remain on schedule.
Assist with trial and hearing preparation by compiling exhibits, assembling binders, and helping attorneys organize case materials.
Conduct file reviews and gather relevant facts, records, and supporting documentation for active legal matters.
Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties regarding scheduling, filings, and case-related documentation.
Monitor litigation milestones and help ensure compliance with procedural requirements and court deadlines. Requirements
Prior experience working as a paralegal in family law is preferred; civil litigation experience will also be considered.
Demonstrated ability to draft complaints and other legal documents used in active litigation matters.
Practical experience supporting discovery, including document review, organization, and response preparation.
Familiarity with trial preparation and the assembly of exhibits, files, and supporting case materials.
Proficiency with case management software and the ability to maintain accurate electronic case records.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven legal environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of professionalism in legal settings.
