Hybrid remote work opportunity maybe available after training has been completed, but candidates must be willing and able to reliably commute daily. Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Reviewing and analyzing residential and commercial title searches
  • Researching judgments, encumbrances, chain of title, etc.
  • Proofreading legal descriptions and performing other legal due diligence
  • Preparing legal documents, including deeds, easements, affidavits, etc.
  • Collaborating with clients and coworkers
  • Providing general assistance in real estate purchase transactions Candidates must demonstrate the following:
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to learn quickly & work independently
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Research & problem solving abilities
  • Willingness to learn new and complex tasks
  • Organizational skills
  • Above-average written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle high volume of e-mails Experience in or knowledge of real property law required.
Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams) and ability to learn new software quickly. Applicants with experience using Clio or SoftPro will be given priority.
