Hourly Reports to: Assigned Attorney Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Litigation Paralegal to support our Personal Injury practice group. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping attorneys build strong cases, advocate for injured clients, and manage complex litigation from intake through trial. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for helping clients navigate challenging situations, and brings strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to the team. Experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, or complex litigation is highly valued. Key Responsibilities Partner with attorneys to manage all aspects of personal injury case files, ensuring organization and efficiency from intake through resolution Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and discovery responses Conduct legal research and summarize case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to personal injury matters Coordinate and support discovery processes, including document production, interrogatories, and medical records review Communicate with clients, witnesses, medical providers, and experts; assist in gathering and organizing critical evidence Assist in evaluating case facts, damages, and liability by preparing summaries and timelines Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, including medical records, deposition transcripts, exhibits, and filings Track deadlines and ensure timely filings through docketing and calendaring systems Support trial preparation, including assembling trial binders, exhibits, and attending proceedings as needed Collaborate with team members on case strategy and provide support on special projects What You Bring Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and filing requirements Ability to analyze legal and medical information and present it clearly and concisely Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Comfort with (or willingness to learn) legal case management systems such as Filevine and trial presentation tools A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered Experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, or complex litigation strongly preferred Familiarity with case management software and electronic filing systems a plus Paralegal certificate from an accredited program is a plus Why Join Us?
