Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our vibrant legal team. Duties Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments. Assist with legal research and investigating local county rules to gather pertinent information across multiple practice areas. Draft, review, proofread, and edit legal documents including contracts, pleadings, memos, and correspondence with precision and clarity. Organize and maintain electronic and physical files through efficient document management systems; ensure proper filing and retrieval of case materials. Support project management initiatives by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and coordinating tasks to ensure timely completion of legal projects. Handle client communications with professionalism via phone etiquette; interview clients or witnesses as needed for case preparation. Skills Basic knowledge of multiple practice areas such as estate planning, criminal law, family law, real estate law, and business law . Proficiency in computer skills and typing. E-filing Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and efficiently in a work place environment. Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents; attention to detail for proofreading. Familiarity with document review processes and data entry procedures; experience with electronic e- filing systems is preferred. Ability to perform legal administrative tasks such as calendaring deadlines, managing files systematically, and supporting transactional workflows. Effective communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette; capable of interviewing clients or witnesses confidently.
