Ability to perform research and analytical review on a wide range of legal subjects, including labor relations, equal employment opportunity, personnel, ethics, healthcare law, and administrative law, in support of attorney-directed assignments. Ability to evaluate research materials, determine pertinent facts, interpret findings, and prepare initial summaries and recommendations regarding data relevance and appropriate legal courses of action.
