Flexible Schedule and hours depending on employee's needs during the week. Hours are perfect for a semi-retiree or parent looking to reenter the work force and work during school hours. 4 days a week to be worked out based on applicants preference from 9-3, 10-4, 11-5. Start and end times are flexible and day off each week is flexible. Would prefer someone here on Mondays, but day off can be any other day and change based on employee's needs. The ideal candidate for this position is personable, a fast learner, professional, excellent phone, keyboarding, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. Experience in a legal or professional office setting preferred. Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: Phone calls: first line of call; directing callers to appropriate attorney or paralegal; triaging phone calls and taking phone messages.

Light office work:

opening mail, dropping off outgoing mail, occasional ordering for office supplies, filing, opening and closing files. Draft basic documents, correspondence, memoranda, open files and prepare file folders, drafting form documents once fully trained. Proof read documents and ensure accuracy. Provide secretarial/clerical support. Provide other support as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong word processing skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Client service focused. Notary preferred, but not required. High level of professionalism. Typing skills Pay and Benefits commensurate on experience.
