Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. Duties Assist with all phases of real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, title searches, and closing documents Conduct comprehensive legal research across various practice areas such as estate planning, environmental law, landlord-tenant law, and tribal regulations Manage and organize legal documents using document management systems like iManage and PCLaw, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Support attorneys with document review, proofreading, transcription, and drafting of legal correspondence and contracts Coordinate project management tasks related to real estate developments or litigation cases, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently Conduct interviews with clients, vendors, or witnesses as part of case preparation and gather pertinent information for legal proceedings Maintain case files meticulously, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with legal standards using tools like Westlaw and LexisNexis Qualifications Proven paralegal experience within a law office setting, with familiarity in real estate law and related fields such as securities law or patent law preferred Strong knowledge of legal research tools including Westlaw and LexisNexis Proficiency in legal case management software (e.g., iManage), document review platforms, and data entry systems Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Exceptional writing skills for drafting legal documents, reports, and correspondence with high attention to detail Experience supporting attorneys in litigation, contract review, or administrative tasks such as filing and clerical work Effective communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and client interaction experience Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies like UCC law databases or immigration law resources as needed Join our team to leverage your expertise in legal research, document management, and project coordination while supporting a diverse range of real estate-related legal matters.
