The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of family law procedures. This role is essential in supporting attorneys with case management, document preparation, and client communication. The Family Law Paralegal will play a crucial role in ensuring that all legal documents are accurate and filed in a timely manner. Duties Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents related to family law cases, including divorce, custody, support. Manage legal case files and maintain organized records for all active cases. Conduct document review to ensure compliance with legal standards and accuracy. Perform data entry tasks to update case management systems with relevant information. Draft correspondence and communicate effectively with clients, courts, and other parties involved in family law matters. File documents with the court and ensure adherence to filing deadlines. Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars for attorneys. Requirements Proven experience as a paralegal or in a similar role within a legal environment, preferably focused on family law. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence. Attention to detail is critical for document review and data entry tasks.
