Critchfield, Critchfield & Johnston, Ltd. , a regional law firm with five offices in Northeast Ohio, is seeking a full-time, highly organized and detail-oriented corporate paralegal to assist the Firm's corporate attorneys. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our corporate practice and work alongside talented professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The corporate paralegal will work to prepare documents required for formation of a variety of business entities, maintain corporate record minute books and assist with a range of business transactions and documents. Corporate paralegal experience preferred. Compensation will be dependent on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position.
