JOB DUTIES
Coordinate with external U.S. immigration attorneys regarding the preparation and filing of employment-based and artist-related nonimmigrant visa petitions, including P-1 and P-3 petitions, by collecting, organizing, and transmitting required documentation. Serve as an internal liaison between non-U.S. artists, their representatives, and company departments to ensure accurate communication of legal requirements and prevent inconsistencies or information gaps in immigration-related documentation. Assist in reviewing and organizing artist contracts, performance itineraries, tour schedules, and event details to ensure consistency between commercial agreements and immigration filings. Support the preparation of employer- and artist-provided supporting evidence by ensuring documents meet legal and procedural requirements outlined by U.S. immigration counsel. Track immigration-related timelines, filing deadlines, and performance schedules to ensure visa processes align with confirmed and tentative U.S. events and tours. Maintain organized internal records of immigration filings, artist engagements, and performance histories to support ongoing and future visa petitions. Assist with compliance-related documentation associated with U.S. performances, including coordination of materials related to tax reporting and regulatory requirements.
