Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, contracts, and correspondence. Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools to support case strategies across various practice areas. Support litigation activities through document review, discovery coordination, and trial preparation. Perform data entry, organize files, and maintain meticulous records in legal case management software. Conduct interviews with clients or witnesses to gather pertinent information for ongoing cases. Proofread legal documents for accuracy and clarity; assist with transcription tasks as needed. Provide executive administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling phone etiquette professionally. Strong research skills. Proficiency with document management systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Effective writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence; proofreading expertise essential. Experience with legal case management software to track case progress and deadlines accurately. Ability to perform thorough interviews with clients or witnesses to gather detailed information for cases. Strong including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records within a busy law office environment. Exceptional communication skills demonstrating professionalism in phone etiquette and client interactions. Qualifications Legal administrative experience and law office experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Clio, and document management systems Strong legal research and case management abilities; familiarity with court filings and records maintenance Organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent communication and proofreading capabilities Background in general litigation; ability to support both paralegal and administrative tasks Experience with document sorting, filing, data entry, and administrative support duties
Pay:
$43,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
