Personal injury law firm of 30 years seeking qualified Entry Level Legal Assistant. Ideal candidates would have 1+ years experience in an office environment, demonstrate competent computer and administrative skills, and be bilingual (English/Spanish).

Duties include:

• Evaluate prospective client inquires, phone calls, and sign ups both on and off location while making sure clients feel seen and heard.
• Regularly contacting clients and medical providers to assist in advancing their case as well as communicate and record frequent updates of case status
• Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed including transcriptions, research, case management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency
• Assist other staff members with backup as needed
