A well-established personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal (4982) to join its Everett office. The firm has a strong reputation for client advocacy and a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role provides the opportunity to manage cases independently from intake through pre-litigation resolution while supporting attorneys in all aspects of case development. The position offers hybrid flexibility after training, and the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation resolution, including client communication and case documentation Review medical records and prepare demand letters Handle subrogation matters and coordinate with insurance carriers Draft correspondence, maintain case files, and organize documents for attorney review Schedule and track case deadlines to ensure timely progress Collaborate with attorneys to ensure all aspects of case preparation and management are completed accurately and efficiently Qualifications Minimum 3 years' experience handling personal injury cases, including pre-litigation case management Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to adapt quickly to case management software Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills Excellent written and verbal communication Positive, team-oriented mindset and dedication to client service Ability to work independently and proactively This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected personal injury firm, gain exposure to a variety of cases, and contribute meaningfully to a collaborative team while enjoying a hybrid work schedule and competitive benefits.
