Spanish speaking is preferred. Fielding Law Group helps serve the Washington state, Oregon, and Idaho areas. This is a fully remote position and will be working directly with clients and providers as they proceed through their treatment process after injury.

Responsibilities:

Work with clients who are experiencing chronic, complex medical, and/or behavioral health issues
Manage approximately 60-75 client caseload; develop care plans and document client activities, contacts, and ensure accuracy of client record
Monitor cases on a continuous basis and work with interpreters as needed
Advocate with agencies or persons to help clients receive appropriate benefits or services Organizing and maintaining documents in an electronic filing system
When faced with multiple competing demands, you possess the ability to triage and prioritize clients' needs and competing work assignments so they are addressed in a timely manner
